What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, any helmet that has been worn on a ride or damaged cannot be returned.

How often should I replace my helmet?
We recommend replacing your helmet every five years, or immediately following any significant impact or crash, as the internal liners are designed for single-use energy absorption.
