At 6D Helmets, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and refund process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the helmet or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
